I have been using this for 3 years, I have it for breakfast, and I have maintained 51 kg of muscle without going to the gym. I also have a low  amount of visceral fat, despite having belly fat to spare! This means I have less health risk than most overweight people my weight, as a good % of my weight is muscle, and my visceral fat ( fat around my organs) is low.
